These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 288wih platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using 288wih, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 288wih (hereinafter referred to as "288wih", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://288wih.cam and any associated mobile or web applications, features, content and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the services offered by 288wih, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

Age Verification: 288wih enforces mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. No withdrawal will be processed until age verification is successfully completed. If at any point we have reason to believe that a Player is under the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended and any funds held pending investigation will not be released until verification is complete.
Providing false information in connection with your age, identity or eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any Balances being reviewed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 288wih will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any unsolicited communication. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at the support email address provided on this Platform.
288wih reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Typically required documents include a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
All deposits made to your 288wih Account must be funded from a payment instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and may trigger AML review, Account suspension and return of funds.
Payment References: Familiar payment methods used in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced here as contextual examples only. None of these providers endorse gambling or this Platform. The actual payment methods available in the cashier at any given time may differ. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction. 288wih does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 288wih accepts no liability. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance only after the relevant funds have been confirmed received by the Platform.
All transactions are conducted in the currency displayed in the cashier. Where currency conversion applies, the rate used will be disclosed prior to the transaction being confirmed. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) denominated transactions are subject to the conversion rates applicable at the time.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment instrument registered in your own name and which has previously been used for a deposit, or which has been separately verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited under all circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period during which identity verification, AML checks and wagering requirement reviews are completed. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your KYC documentation. 288wih will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, we do not guarantee specific processing times and accept no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier. 288wih reserves the right to pay large withdrawals in instalments over a reasonable period. Where a withdrawal is queried under AML procedures, processing may be delayed pending investigation and resolution.
Only Real Money Funds and winnings derived from bets placed with Real Money Funds (or Bonus Funds that have fully met their applicable Wagering Requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds themselves are not directly withdrawable until all conditions attached to the relevant promotion have been satisfied.
From time to time, 288wih may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers or other promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, time limits, game restrictions and minimum odds requirements, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.
General Bonus Conditions: Unless the specific promotion states otherwise: (a) bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household and device; (b) 288wih reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice; (c) Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal; and (d) if a Player requests withdrawal of Real Money Funds before Wagering Requirements are met, any outstanding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk exposure, or systematically exploiting promotional offers — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings and may result in Account suspension.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each wager — including the selection, Stake amount, odds and market — before confirming placement. 288wih accepts no liability for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections or Stake amounts entered by the Player.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to the confirmation of a bet. In live in-play markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC events and esports matches — odds may fluctuate rapidly. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the wager is accepted by the system.
288wih reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it has been placed on a market that was offered in error; (b) the underlying event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without a sufficient portion of play having occurred to permit settlement under the applicable sport rules; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had concluded; or (d) the bet involves an obvious error in odds (manifest error). In all such cases, the Stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
In the event of a technical fault, system error or communication failure that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, 288wih will endeavour to reconstruct the transaction from available records. Where reconstruction is not possible and the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the Stake returned. 288wih will not be liable for any losses arising from system errors beyond the return of the relevant Stake.
For live-dealer casino, slots, table games and instant games, the rules of each individual game govern play and are displayed within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) information is available where required by the applicable game studio or regulator. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer dealing, as applicable.

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 288wih.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) use any data mining, scraping or similar data gathering tools; or (d) use the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose or in any way that could harm 288wih's reputation or interests.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wih, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; or (d) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
In no event shall 288wih's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Platform exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
288wih reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account, or to suspend access to the Platform in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal or prohibited conduct; (c) continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal or financial risk to the Platform; or (d) we are required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings and winnings associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be returned to you net of any proven losses caused to 288wih, or retained by 288wih if required by law or regulation.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a closure request to the support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wih is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact the 288wih support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts or arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction, in accordance with the rules then in force.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where circumstances so require.
288wih reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account — prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last updated" field at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
